CRACK THE VAULT RULES

• The $100,000.00 grand prize will be awarded to a contestant will be awarded if that contestant exactly matches the predetermined winning combination.  Prize insured by Interactive Promotions Group, Haverford, PA.  If no one successfully “Cracks the Vault”  to win $100,000 then a $10,000 cash prize will be awarded through a random drawing of all qualified contest participants.
• Each designated caller will be allowed to submit to the DJ one guess of the combination to “Crack the Vault”. Limit one on air try per week. Up to 20 visitors per Kim’s remote broadcast will be allowed to try to “Crack the Vault.”  Only one try per person per remote on location at Kim’s.   No one may play more than five times during the duration of the contest including on air or on location attempts.
• Contestants/winner must be 18 years or older prior to playing the game.
• The contest will begin April 16, 2018 and conclude June 15, 2018 unless there is a $100,000 Winner before June 15^th.  If there is not a $100,000 winner, all contestant names will be entered one time into a random drawing for one guaranteed $10,000 cash prize.
• Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of the Kim’s No Bull or Blakeney Communications, Inc. or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate.
• Qualifiers will be determined by random phone callers to Rock 104’s contest lines 601-545-ROCK or 649-ROLL and at remote broadcast on location at one of Kim’s dealerships. Telephone qualifiers will call out a six digit number to the DJ, who will repeat the number back to the caller and then enter into the vault iPad.  Players on location will enter their own information and six digit code.
• Winners must waive any claims of liability against Kim’s No Bull and  Rock 104/WXRR Radio Station, Blakeney Communications, Inc. its employees and agents for any personal injury or loss, including death, or any property loss or damage which may occur from participation in the contest or use of any prize.  Blakeney Communications, Inc. makes no warranty or claim whatsoever as to the safety, health or advisability of participating in the Rock 104 Kim’s “Crack the Vault” Contest.
• Winners should participate and accept and use prizes on at their own risk.  Winners will be required to sign a written waiver of liability and agree to hold Blakeney Communications, Inc. harmless for any liability whatsoever related to this contest and any prize awarded.
• ROCK 104 reserves the right to use any audio, video or photographic material which involves the winner or their family for promotional use without further compensation or permission.
• Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of ROCK 104 and Blakeney Communications, Inc., its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in the promotion as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize.
• Employees of other radio stations and television stations are ineligible to win.
• Limit one major prize winner per calendar year per household for this and any other Rock 104 contest.
• In the event, no one enters the correct six digit code to unlock the vault, all contestant names will be entered one time into a random drawing to win $10,000.
• WXRR reserves the right to change the rules if necessary during the promotion and any rule changes will be posted at www.rock104fm.com.
• The Grand Prize winner will receive a Form 1099 for tax purposes as required for any winnings exceeding $600.   The winner must provide a valid Driver’s License and Social Security card to claim the prize.
• A $100,000 winner will be required to claim the prize in person at Blakeney Communications, Inc. in Laurel, MS and pose for verification photos within 24 hours of “Cracking the Vault” if the winner is an “on air” winner.
